Dale has been a multi-million dollar producer each year since entering the business in 1979, and focuses his real estate efforts on farm and ranch listings and sales in the Texas Hill Country. 

A native of LaSalle County--deep in the Brush Country two hours south of San Antonio--Dale grew up on a dry land farm/ranch. Following graduation from Cotulla High School, he attended Texas A&M and earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education in 1957.

Dale was a teacher/coach at Carrizo Springs High School for one year before entering the U.S. Air Force. During his 21 year career, most of which was spent as a pilot, he logged more than 4,500 flying hours, including 200 combat missions in Southeast Asia during 1970-71. While in the Air force, he earned a Master of Science in Counseling and Guidance.

A Broker since 1982, he earned a Master Farm and Land Appraiser certification in 1986. He is an active member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, served on the Farm and Land Committee for 17 years and was named San Antonio Board of Realtors Farm and Land Specialists of the Year in 2001 and in 2004.

Dale has been a member of the Texas Land Brokers Association (now Alliance of Texas Land Brokers) for many years and served as President in 2001.  Dale and his wife Grace, have been married since 1958 and have seven grandchildren.
